Authorship
You don't take home a souvenir. You leave a signature.
At a tasting you drink what someone else decided. Here the proportions are yours: how much Malbec, how much Petit Verdot, where the line is. What comes off that table carries your name and exists in no other winery in the world.
The blending table
Try your blend here.
Move the four varietals and watch the wine change. It's the same exercise you'll do at the winery, with a beaker and pipette in hand.
Freshness and complexity Medium body, high acidity and moderate tannins. Aromas of bell pepper, fresh herbs and graphite, from its pyrazines. It brings aromatic freshness and a herbal streak that adds complexity.
Roundness Medium body and soft tannins. Ripe red fruit: plum and cherry. In the blend it adds volume on the palate and softens the tannins of the other grapes.
Structure and ageing Very intense colour, firm tannins and high acidity. Notes of violet and spice. Used in small proportions: it gives the wine a backbone and the capacity to age.
The emblem Deep violet colour, full body and soft, sweet tannins. Black fruit: plum and blackberry. It's Mendoza's emblematic grape and usually takes the largest share of the blend.

This is how it will look. Change the name, the vintage, the signature and the style, then download the result.

It's applied as a softened background so the text stays legible.

Frequently asked
What people always ask us.
Do I need to know about wine?
No. The winemaker guides the whole process and explains what each varietal contributes before you start blending. The experience is designed for someone just starting out as much as for a collector.
When do I receive the bottles?
The wine ages for about a year. Once it's ready, we arrange delivery or shipping of the 300 bottles with your label.
Can it be done as a group?
Yes. It's the experience companies and groups request most: everyone has a say in the blend and the wine ends up belonging to the team. It also works as a couple or a family.
Does it work as a company event?
Yes. It can be set up as an incentive or year-end activity, with the company's label on the bottles. Tell us how many you are and we'll adapt it.
How long is the day?
A full day at the winery, with lunch in the middle. We pick you up at your hotel and bring you back at the end of the day.
