01

About the tours

Are your tours private or in a group?

All our tours are 100% private. Just you and your group (a couple, a family, friends), a dedicated bilingual driver-guide and the wineries' full attention. We never merge groups and there are no rigid schedules. That's what sets us apart.

How long does a typical wine tour last?

A full-day wine tour runs 8 to 9 hours door to door. It includes hotel pickup, 2 to 3 wineries, a multi-course paired lunch at a winery restaurant, and the return to your hotel. For a half day (4 to 5 hours) we offer 1 winery plus a tasting.

How many wineries do we visit in a day?

We recommend 2 to 3 wineries a day plus lunch. More than 3 dilutes the quality of each visit. If you want to see 5 or more, it's best to plan across 2 or 3 days. We adapt to your preference.

What time does the tour start and finish?

Typical hotel pickup: 9:30 to 10:00 AM. Return: 5:00 to 6:00 PM. We can adjust to your schedule — some guests prefer an earlier start for the natural light, others a later one for a longer lunch.

02

Wineries

Can I choose which wineries to visit?

Yes. We propose wineries based on your preferences (wine style, budget, premium or boutique format, food) and you confirm. If you have specific wineries in mind, we include them whenever they have availability.

How far in advance should I book?

4 to 6 weeks for premium wineries. 8 to 12 weeks during harvest (February to April, high season). Last-minute under 2 weeks is possible but limits the choice of wineries. For the Argentine winter holidays (July), 6 to 8 weeks.

Do the wineries have guides in English and Portuguese?

Premium wineries always offer tours in English. Portuguese depends on the winery and the day — request it when booking and we'll confirm. Our driver-guide is always bilingual in Spanish and English, and many also speak Portuguese.

03

Pricing and payment

How do you quote your tours?

Every itinerary is quoted to measure according to the number of guests, the wineries chosen, the tasting format (standard, premium or cellar), the lunch restaurant and the length of the day. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we'll send a tailored quote within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (USD, ARS, EUR), Visa and Mastercard, MercadoPago and bank transfer. For Brazilian guests we also accept PIX.

Do I have to pay everything in advance?

We usually ask for a 30 to 50% deposit to confirm the booking (it covers the winery and restaurant reservations). The balance is paid at the start of the tour or at the end of the last day. For returning guests we adapt the terms.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 7 days ahead: full refund. Between 3 and 7 days: 50% refund. Under 72 hours: the deposit is retained, as the winery and restaurant reservations are already confirmed. Special cases are reviewed individually.

04

Logistics

Do you pick up from any hotel?

Yes. Pickup from any hotel in the city of Mendoza (Park Hyatt, Diplomatic, Sheraton, NH and others), Chacras de Coria, and wine lodges (Entre Cielos, Cavas Wine Lodge, The Vines Resort, Casa de Uco, Auberge du Vin). Transfers from MDZ airport are also available.

What vehicle do you use?

For 1 to 2 guests: a Toyota Corolla or Camry sedan. For 3 to 6: an SUV or a Toyota Hiace or Mercedes Sprinter van. For 7 or more: a full-size van. All with air conditioning, mineral water included and professional maintenance. Premium vehicles (Mercedes E-Class, executive vans) with advance notice.

Are there restrictions for large groups?

For groups of 7 to 15 we use large vans. For 15 or more (corporate, bachelor parties, weddings) we run several coordinated vehicles with the same team. We have experience with groups of up to 60 people.

05

High Mountain

Do you run the High Mountain tour all year?

Yes. From September to May with no restrictions. From June to August (winter) it depends on the weather: if heavy snow leads the authorities to close a stretch of the pass, we turn back from wherever it's open. Potrerillos, Uspallata and Puente del Inca are generally accessible.

Can I combine High Mountain with wine tours?

Yes, it's the most requested combination. Our advice: High Mountain first (a physically demanding day because of the altitude and the distances) and the wine tours on the following days (more relaxed). For 3 to 5 days in Mendoza it's the classic pairing.

06

Other services

Do you offer a private driver only, without the tour?

Yes. If you already have your itinerary (winery bookings made on your own or through your hotel), we assign a bilingual private driver who follows your plan. We can also build the itinerary with you if you don't have one.

Do you organise corporate events or bachelor parties?

Yes. We run team building, corporate retreats, bachelor and bachelorette parties, themed birthdays and group experiences. We work with wineries that offer private spaces, dedicated sommeliers and catering.

Do you do weddings at wineries?

Yes. We coordinate complete weddings at Mendoza wineries: ceremony, reception, accommodation for guests, transfers and photography. We have venues in Luján de Cuyo, Maipú and the Uco Valley.

Do you offer wine blending or cooking classes?

Yes. Wine blending experience: create your own blend at a winery with a sommelier (3 to 4 hours). Cooking class: Argentine cooking with an asador (3 hours, lunch or dinner). Both can be combined with a winery tour on the same day or booked separately.
