At Vito Wine Tours we value your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have over it.

When you fill in our contact form, we collect: full name, email, nationality, phone (optional), the type of tour you're interested in, estimated date, number of people and your message. When you browse our site, we automatically collect: pages visited, time on page, device used and approximate geographic information (through Google Analytics).

2. How we use your information

We use your data solely to: reply to your enquiry and send information about our tours; arrange the booking if you decide to hire us; improve our site and services through statistical analysis; and comply with legal obligations where they apply. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Third-party services

Our site uses the following third-party services, which may collect data: Google Analytics 4 for traffic analytics (Google's policies); Formspree to process the contact form (Formspree's policies); WhatsApp for direct communication when you click the relevant button. Each has its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use technical cookies required for the site to work and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help us understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect how the site functions.

5. Your rights

6. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described: enquiries that don't convert are deleted after 12 months; data from confirmed bookings is kept in line with tax and accounting obligations (5 years in Argentina).

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information, including an HTTPS connection, secure storage and restricted access. That said, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the last update date at the top.
